At least once a month I plan a meat free curry night, usually a Thursday for whatever reason, my night is something of legend. A feast of meat-free dishes that celebrate flavour a fragrance from the curry-eating World and spice up my night no end.
Meat Free Curries
Some of my most favourite curries are vegan or vegetarian and on occasion Pescatarian too. But for this selection, I call upon my most favourite veggie recipes, packed with colour, flavour and texture, not to mention a little (or a lot) of spice too.
I’m never left hungry, these curries have a way of filling you up without leaving you bloated and it’s thanks to a genius use of vegetables, grains and legumes.
