tomatoes
(cut into segments or slices)

anchovies
Fresh Basil leaves
(roughly torn into pieces)

red onion
(thinly sliced)

capers

green olives
smashed

lemon
(juice of)

red wine vinegar

tbsp
extra virgin olive oil
Salt & pepper
Instructions
Squeeze a little lemon juice over the sliced onions, toss around and set aside.
Arrange all the ingredients on a large platter.
Whisk together the remaining lemon juice, vinegar and olive oil and pour over the salad. Serve!
