How to speak of “Asian food”? A definition that encompasses cuisines as disparate as the bright flavours of the Middle East, the fragrant curries of the Indian subcontinent and the infinite complexity of China – not to mention Persia, Japan, Korea, South-East Asia, Turkey!

No matter how arbitrary the definition, Asian food remains a never-ending source of fascination. I can never hope to cover the full breadth, but that doesn’t stop me trying. As I discover more, I’ll continue to share my love and learning with you.
