2020! What a year! Being on lockdown and generally being home ALL. THE. TIME. forced many of us into cooking every day. I've always cooked every day, so wasn't super put off by the prospect. It gave me a chance to cook and more importantly EAT food from all around the world while having no ability to travel anywhere!

Which are the best recipes of 2020?

My top dishes are all genuinely delicious. A collection of simple recipes from all corners of the globe. From China to India, Palestine to Spain and a few places in between. There are a few honourable mentions that didn't make it to the top 10, but still deserve a shout out. Namely, Parripu (Kerala Style Dal), Moroccan Matbucha Salad, Lamb & Eggplant Fatteh and Pozole Blanco. Give those some attention!
